Our program officers are generalists and we’ve found that our work benefits from fresh and different perspectives. As a result, the specific program officer assigned to an individual nonprofit may change over time and a program officer who works with a particular organization on one grant might not be involved in another for the same nonprofit.
The review may include phone interviews as we gather more information about your organization. The strongest requests will have a site visit with the program officer, as we believe that this is an important way for us to understand your work.
